Quick & Easy Healthy Power Bowls for Busy Women on the Go by Healthy Choice

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com on behalf of Healthy Choice.  All opinions are my own, as I only work with brands and products that I love!

If you’re like me, you can barely stop to tie your shoelace when it comes undone, let alone prepare healthy food for yourself.  But you want to eat healthy, nutritionally-balanced foods to help you feel your best, maintain a healthy weight and have enough energy to chase after your little ones.

That’s why I love the new Power Bowls by Healthy Choice.

These new Power Bowls by Healthy Choice are packed with nutrient-dense vegetables, proteins and grains.  They taste fresh and healthy, packed with flavor and looking like food you would make in your kitchen, if you had the time.  From quinoa to barley, kale to shiitake mushrooms, each ingredient is purposely chosen to give you energy, vitamins and nutrients, and help you maintain your waistline.

Inspired by Korean, Cuban and Latin cuisines, each bowl is loaded with flavor that will leave you wanting more and more.

And my favorite part?  The packaging is made with plant-based fiber so there are no toxins created when microwaving the bowls and they are biodegradeable.  So cool right?

My favorite bowl is the Korean-Inspired Beef Bowl with braised all natural beef, shiitake mushrooms and veggies served on a bed of brown and red rice, red quinoa and black barley, seasoned with soy sauce and topped with black and white sesame seeds.  Hungry yet?!

I also love the Adobo Chicken Bowl made with pulled all natural chicken breast with vegetables served on top of brown & red rice, red quinoa and black barley with a guajillo chili sauce topped with roasted pepitas.

Both bowls are made with all natural meat, and the chicken is raised without any antibiotics.

Check them out for a power lunch, easy dinner or do what I did, take them to the park for a fun and delicious park lunch with your little one!
