Our AMAZING Trip to Seven Stars Resort & Spa in Turks & Caicos!

I just got back from Turks and Caicos where we stayed at the Seven Stars resort and it was AMAZING. This was one of the nicest, most luxurious resorts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Everything about it blew me away!

When we first checked in we got a wonderful tour of the property which made us feel at home. It was such a nice touch! Grace Bay beach is known for being one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and they are absolutely right about that. The bright turquoise waters and white sand made me feel like I was in a dream.

We stayed in an ocean front view suite and the views from our balcony were breathtaking! We had a dance party right on our private patio overlooking the ocean and it was a blast. The room itself was a beautiful two bedroom suite with one king bed and two twin beds for Gray and Harper. We also had a huge jacuzzi bathtub I definitely locked the door and took advantage of, and our own kitchen! Seven Stars lets you order groceries in advance and they’ll deliver them to your room, which as you know is a total life saver when traveling with kids!

Since I had the kids with us, we mainly went to the “regular” pool, but there is an adults only pool if you’re looking for something more quiet. Seven Stars has a Kids Camp if you want some alone time, we dropped Harper and Grayson off there for two hours and when we picked them up they didn’t want to leave! They were having too much fun. Sometimes I feel a little uneasy living my kids at things like that when we’re on vacation but I could instantly tell this was different. The program was supervised by two really sweet women who welcomed Grayson and Harper enthusiastically. They had their faces painted, did fun crafts with seashells- which they of course got to take home to remember our trip by, and got to play with all the toys and playground. The activities are designed based on age group and are always different!

Each pool has a super attentive staff ready to take your orders for cocktails, food, or extra towels. The beach also has attendants to get you set up with a cabana for you to call home for the day. All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and made our trip that much more special. We met some other guests who told us they’ve been visiting Seven Stars for a long time and always look forward to seeing the same employees who have helped them over the years. I definitely got the feeling from speaking with everyone who worked there that they love their job and are willing to go above and beyond for you, which is so nice when you’re on vacation. They remembered our names each day we were there and made the kids feel special!

Pretty much our entire trip was spent at the beach relaxing, or splashing around at their incredible pool. There are a ton of other excursions you can do like snorkeling, whale watching, sailing, and glass-bottom boat tours but we were just happy to be hanging out at the resort, enjoying the sun. Seven Stars even offers complimentary beach equipment for you to use such as kayaks and paddle boats, which adds a fun element to your beach day!

When my mom and I dropped the kids off at the Kids Club, we headed to The Deck, which is the ocean side tapas bar. We enjoyed live music, and a glass of wine. This is the more casual restaurant of the two, and perfect for a quick bite to eat. We were here a lot with the kids and everything we tried was amazing!

Seven was our go-to spot for dinner as it’s a bit more formal. The fresh local seafood was SO yummy and the service was excellent. The seared scallops were delish and I even got the kids into roasted cauliflower!! Seven also offers a complimentary breakfast buffet in the mornings which we went to everyday. It had all the standard breakfast items like an omelette station, bacon, pastries, coffee, etc- but the kids were obsessed with the Cassava Cake which is a traditional island food. They also had gluten free breads with a separate toaster which made me very happy!

Before we had to leave I made sure to sneak in a spa treatment, of course. I got an amazing deep tissue massage and firming facial which left me feeling so refreshed! It was heavenly. They had so many choices that I had trouble deciding, so the lady at the front desk helped me. Everyone was so knowledgable about the services and made my experience really relaxing. They also had nails, makeup, and body wraps but I can’t say no to a good massage!

Overall, Seven Stars was true PARADISE. I’ve been eyeing this place for a while and it didn’t disappoint, it exceeded my expectations tenfold! We all had an amazing time and want to visit again next year. Since we got back I’ve been going on and on about how amazing this place is to my husband, so maybe he’ll overcome his flight anxiety for the next trip! This resort is beyond worth it.
