Preventing Fall Allergies in Kids this Back-To-School Season

This post is sponsored by Allegra and SheKnows Media.

Summer is almost over and it’s already time to go back to school! I swear this summer just flew by, don’t you think?

The new school year can bring many challenges to parents and kids alike, but especially those who suffer from fall allergies.

You know what I mean: runny noses, sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, an itchy nose or throat.

There are steps that you can take to reduce allergens around the house, but what about at school where you can’t monitor the environment?

I want to feel confident sending my children to class, instead of worrying about their allergies and how they may affect their mood and behavior.

Allergies can be a huge distraction to children and prevent them from staying focused, learning, and just being a kid! Thus, they can be a major source of anxiety.

Some common allergy triggers at school are dust, mold, and animal dander. Even without these things, recess is just a runny nose waiting to happen!

Even though we can’t prevent these allergy triggers, we can plan for them.

I use Children’s Allegra because it’s reliable. It’s a brand I trust for my children, as my mother did for me.

Children’s Allegra is effective, long-lasting, non-drowsy relief that treats kids’ troublesome allergy symptoms.

Allegra helps me feel confident that my kid’s allergies will be under control, so they can stop suffering and start living.

Grayson is super into sports, he’s very athletic. Playing outside is the obvious issue when it comes to allergies.

It’s so important for children to stay active, and I never want him to be held back by his allergies.

He also goes to Jiu Jitsu weekly, and with the seasons changing, I worry about his allergies. I don’t want them to get in the way of what he loves to do.

Children’s Allegra has been a lifesaver for us and is our go-to medication this school year for indoor/outdoor allergy relief.

We usually use the Children’s Allegra Liquid- it’s alcohol and dye free and approved for use in kids ages 2 years and older.

And it’s berry flavored! Yum. So, no fuss when it comes to the kids taking it.

It offers a long-lasting, non-drowsy, effective, 12 hour relief, indoor/outdoor allergy relief for my children, and it can for yours too.

It’s available to buy at almost any grocery or drug store.

You can buy it here and be sure to check out some amazing coupons here!
